Positive: Our stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya was truly beyond expectations! The food was outstanding ,fresh, high-quality, and full of variety at every meal. There were amazing programs for both kids and adults, with fun activities, sports, and entertainment every day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Everything was well-organized, clean, and designed for comfort and fun. We couldnโ€™t have asked for a better experience ,canโ€™t wait to come back!

Positive: Food was OK. See view from the room was nice but at the beach it's super crowded and dirty.
Negative: We stayed at Rixos Downtown Antalya and were disappointed, especially as the name includes โ€œLand of Legendsโ€, but the actual theme park is an hour away. This was not clear in the booking and caused confusion. The hotel is not ideal for families with small kids. Snacks like fruit and ice cream were only available for a few hours, and after 5 p.m. there was nothing for kids to eat between meals. The bike rental was limited to 8 p.m., which isnโ€™t useful in the hot summer days. Pool towel service was poor, and we had to find them ourselves. On the bright side, the guest assistants were kind and helpful, and the main meals were varied and tasty. The rooms were okay, but a bit old and in need of renovation. Overall, not the experience we expected from a Rixos hotel.

Negative: Beach is not sandy, No place available in pool area all seat are occupied from early morning, Wi-fi connection is problematic when try to connect asking some questions about passport number etc. then always saying wrong information. Can not connect wifi.
